Jianyuan bentonite Co., Ltd. of Jianchang County is located at the junction of Liaoning Province and Hebei Province, 19 kilometers away from the construction of expressway, connecting Jinzhou port, Qinhuangdao port and Tianjin port, with convenient transportation and smooth logistics. The company covers a total area of 1 million square meters. The mining area covers an area of 790000 square meters, in which 8 million tons of bentonite and 7 million tons of limestone have been proved. The company has 79 employees, including 7 management personnel and 15 scientific research and technical personnel. There are 10 production lines completed and put into production, including 5 Raymond production lines, 4 drying production lines and 1 Nahua modified production line. The raw bentonite ore of the company has been tested and identified by many authoritative organizations, which has the characteristics of high montmorillonite content (80% - 98%), excellent reusability (45% - 60%) and is one of the few high-quality bentonite in China. The quality of the casting can be improved obviously in the application of the bentonite raw ore in the foundry industry. It can effectively improve the wet compression strength, hot wet tensile strength, air adaptability, high temperature reusability of molding sand and reduce the moisture content of molding sand. The molding sand has good toughness, formability and collapsibility, which can effectively reduce the amount of new soil added, and the rejection rate of castings caused by molding sand is greatly reduced. At present, the products are pellet bentonite, casting bentonite, montmorillonite desiccant and feed montmorillonite. All products have passed iso9001:2015 quality management system certification and iso14001:2015 environmental management system certification. At present, the products have been sold to Guangdong, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Jiangsu, Shandong, Hebei, Henan, Inner Mongolia and other places.

3、 Enterprise development plan

It plans to invest 150 million yuan in the next three years, build 500 acres of non-metal Industrial Park and a non-metal R & D center, and produce three kinds of products, including "inorganic gel", "pharmaceutical grade montmorillonite" and "Guang Pu fan".
